No shaft adaptors or nuts required, only small Allen wrenches needed. 1 inch solid stainless steel shaft, resists corrosion. Adjustable filtered water supply keeps stones and hands cleaner. Water pump replaced for under $50 readily available. Sealed bearings on arbor shaft, tested to over 2000 hours of life. Right end of arbor tapered for standard 1/4-20 threaded accessories.
